Our non-residential programs offers life skills training, educational resources, internship opportunities and mentorship, ensuring every young adult has the support they need to achieve independence
Services
Life Skills Training
At Independence Pathway, our Life Skills Training program is at the heart of our mission to empower young adults for independent living. We provide hands-on, practical training in time management, and effective communication. Through workshops, one-on-one coaching, and real-world practice, participants gain the confidence and skills they need to navigate adulthood successfully.
Mentorships
At Independence Pathway, we believe that guidance and encouragement from caring mentors can make a life-changing difference for young adults transitioning to independence. Our Mentorship Program pairs participants with dedicated mentors who provide personalized support, guidance, and encouragement. Mentors serve as role models and offer advice. Through regular check-ins and meaningful connections, our mentors help participants build confidence, set goals, and navigate challenges as they work toward a stable and successful future.
Internships
At Independence Pathway, our Internship Program provides young adults with the valueless hands-on experience to prepare them for the workforce. We partner with local business partners and organizations to offer internships that match participants' interests and career goals. Through these opportunities, participants gain real-world skills, build their resumes, and develop professional connections that can open doors to future employment. Our program includes guidance on workplace etiquette, interview preparation, and ongoing support to ensure success.
